A special notice from our HOA Board...
 

​"In an attempt to establish some native wildflowers near the culvert near Valley Center Road, a 10' by 12’ piece of black plastic weed barrier has been placed to kill the noxious weeds that are there, before wildflowers are planted. Please do not remove the black plastic. It will take some time."
