Wylie Creek Estates is a beautiful subdivision located northwest of  Bozeman, Montana's city center.

 

The subdivision has open space and country surroundings, yet is close to city amenities. For the resident's enjoyment, Wylie Creek Estates has walking trails, a pond, tennis courts and park areas. It has 13 parcels of parks, including berms.

 

Our Home Owners Association has 168 members. The homeowner's association is composed of 5 board members, a grounds manager, water systems manager and bookkeeper.
